Bri Van Rhyn

Bri will be finishing up at Tweed Health for Everyone to focus on teaching student podiatrists. Her last consulting day will be 2nd April 2026. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours.

Bri (short for Brianne) was born and raised in Southern Africa and moved to Australia with her family in 2002. She graduated with honours from Southern Cross University in 2017 and is currently completing a PhD, alongside casual lecturing. Her research explores the experience of life after 85 years.

Bri is interested in all areas of podiatry, including:

  • managing foot and heel pain

  • biomechanical gait analysis and orthotic treatment

  • helping patients with diabetes to keep their feet healthy

  • keeping children active on their feet

  • foot care for people with a disability

  • skin issues and troublesome nails

Her aim is to provide gentle, effective, and person-centred care, meeting the unique needs of each individual and helping them understand their condition.
