EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
James is an Exercise Physiologist at Physio Place. He holds a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Griffith University. With a lifelong passion for sports, James has experience in activities such as Oztag, golf, and cricket. His professional focus lies in injury rehabilitation and fostering active lifestyles that support both mental and physical well-being.
James specialises in creating innovative exercise programs tailored to populations for whom conventional exercise may not be suitable. In addition to his expertise as an Exercise Physiologist, he holds a strength and conditioning accreditation, allowing him to design effective training programs that enhance performance and recovery. His commitment to working with diverse clients is complemented by his extensive expertise in evidence-based practices.
In addition to his professional pursuits, James is a qualified ballroom dance teacher and competitor, an activity he holds close to his heart. He is also an accomplished musician, having performed in a big band and wind symphony.
One of his long-term goals is to design specialized, evidence-based ballroom dance programs that emphasize the social, mental, and physical benefits of dance.
