Online Repeat Prescriptions

Regular patients of the below doctors are able to request repeat prescriptions. More doctors may decide to provide this service in the future. Your prescription will be issued as an eScript to the mobile number you have on file.

You are able to access this service through the AMS Connect App or through the web browser under the “Book an Appointment Online” tab. The cost for this service is $20.00 per request.

Repeat prescriptions for medications deemed addictive such as opiates and benzodiazepines
are not provided through this service and will be automatically declined.

The issuing of the repeat script will be entirely under the discretion of the practitioner and will only be considered for medications that have previously been approved and prescribed to you by this practice and are due for renewal.

In most instances your GP will supply the prescription with no repeats, you are encouraged to book an appointment to follow up on your health regularly.

Requests will only be completed by your regular doctor at the clinic. If you regular GP is not listed, this service is not available to you.

In summary, your request will be automatically declined if:
- You have not seen your GP in the last 12 months
- Your request is for medications deemed addictive such as opiates and benzodiazepines
- If your doctor is not in the clinic for the next 3 business days
- Your usual GP is not providing this service
